I’m the creator of The Rooted Experience and a supporter of humans. While living in San Francisco I became great friends with a woman named Mira. This angel changed my life when she introduced me to The Clairvision School of Meditation where a soul-fire was ignited that lit the way to deep self-awareness. This journey, which also included massage, yoga & Reiki training provided me the tools and unshakable knowing that supporting people in depersonalizing and integrating the parts of us we hold shame around, and deeply trusting and loving ourselves is pivotal in living the life we want and are meant to live. The Rooted Experience is a dedication to creating authentic relationships with our Self, others, and the world at large by having access to a breadth of powerful & respectable healers.
In addition to The Rooted Experience, I also work with women in an intimate 1:1 experience that focuses on accessing & reweaving unconscious beliefs and creating new neural pathways that become the foundation for radical self-love.
